We needed to find a place that could assess the age of some oriental rugs, their value and could advise on the eventual restoration of individual pieces. Ward’s was the perfect place for this service. Gary and his team are a delight to interact with. They have an infectious passion for their profession. We learned so much about oriental rugs – their origins, their age, and the history of the places they came from. Ward’s cleaning and restoration work is remarkable. Their inventory of rugs and carpets is incredible. Nonetheless, we expressed a desire to find carpets of specific sizes and designs. Ward’s engaged their network of business friends and they did find lovely carpets at reasonable prices – a most useful service for design professionals.
